This has been a roller-coaster week in the world of vaping and e-cigarettes. I care about this because vaping is a classic form of self-care: vapers are smokers who make a conscious decision to switch some or all of their smoking to a considerably cleaner, safer and cheaper form of nicotine. Some do it to save money, but most do it to improve their health (and also the health of their family). I also happen to believe that vaping represents a potentially massive public health opportunity.
“I know that e-marketing is changing at a phenomenal rate and it’s got to be useful to brush up my skills”
“I’ve set up a business and I know I’ve got to get my internet marketing right”
These were just a couple of the thoughts going through my mind as I was considering attending a 3-day internet marketing course run by Simon Coulson and his team at the Internet Business School.
The intention is that these blogs will cover a variety of topics, mainly (but not all) linking in to the work we do at Clarityse. Some will simply be personal musings and views on broader stuff.
As we teach all our children facing exams, it’s important to answer the question being asked, not the one we want to answer. The question is not “do you like the EU” or “are there aspects of the EU that you dislike intensely”. It is “do you think we as a country will be better off inside or outside the EU”. Relationships are rarely perfect, but we should think very carefully before we walk out on them.
